READ Ephesians 1:5-6

I John 4:8 tells us that “God is love”; explain what that means to you personally…

Describe a time where you felt God didn’t love you and how you responded…what brought you back knowing He does love you continually?

What are your thoughts on the new way to consider:

Adoption: What does it mean to be “adopted” by God “through Jesus Christ”?

For what purpose are we “adopted” (Vs. 5) and what does that mean?

What does Paul mean in verse 6, that we have been adopted “to the praise of [God’s] glorious grace”?

What do Christians receive from the Triune God when “adopted” that physical adoptees do not and why is that?

Someone once said, “The pay isn’t much but the rewards are out of this world!” How does this affect the way you live your life now knowing you will receive an inheritance?
