Ephesians 1:15 – 23

Review of Ephesians 1:15-19

#1 – What were the three marvelous spiritual realities that Paul wanted the saints in Ephesus to properly and thoroughly comprehend? 

#2 – Of those three marvelous spiritual realities, which one stands out the most to you and why?

Ephesians 1:20-23

#1 – What are the differences between defending the Gospel in our society and proclaiming the Gospel to our society?

#2 – What is the difference between the resurrection of Christ and the exaltation of Christ?

#3 – Christ is seated, which signifies what?

#4 – Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father which is the position of three things, what are those three things?

#5 – The right hand of God the Father is the position of favor, victory, and power.  Which of those three stands out the most to you and why? 

#6 – What do we learn about Christ’s authority or power from verse 21?

#7 – What causes you to doubt Christ’s authority or power that is far above all principalities and power forever?

#8 – When you hear from God’s Word that God the Father’s awesome power, which raised Christ from the dead and exalted Christ to the position of unparalleled honor and universal authority, is at work on behalf of you (His people), what thoughts come to mind?

#9 – When you hear from God’s Word that Christ loves you, delights in you, enjoys you, is for you, and He likes you what thoughts come to your mind?

#10 – Who enjoys fellowship/relationship with Christ and what does it mean to enjoy fellowship/relationship with Christ?

#11 – What is Christ, the head of the Church, doing for the benefit of the Church?

#12 – Can someone love Christ and oppose the bride of Christ (the Church)?

#13 – Why do you submit to Christ as Lord of your life?
