Ephesians 6:1-4
.) As a father, what strategies have you found effective in nurturing your child without provoking anger or resentment?
.) Can you share an experience where you had to ask your child for forgiveness? What did you learn from that experience about humility and reconciliation?
.) How do you prioritize spiritual teaching over simply enforcing obedience in your parenting?
.) Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” What dangers come when we interpret this verse as a promise rather then as a wise principle? How does knowing that it is only God who saves your children comfort you?
.) In what practical ways do you model Christ’s teachings through your daily priorities and interactions with your children?
.) How have you witnessed growth in the spiritual leadership of fathers within our community? What changes have been most impactful?
.) How do you balance your responsibilities as a spiritual guide to your children with other life demands?
.) What significant obstacles have you faced in discussing Christ and doctrine with your children, and how have you addressed these challenges?
.) How can our community better support fathers in their role as the primary spiritual mentors to their children?
.) How have you seen the fruits of faithful parenting manifest in the lives of your children? Can you share specific examples where your commitment to Christ-centered parenting has influenced their decisions
