Our Purpose
The MBC Summer Youth Camp or as we call it "The Camp" (because why not) is dedicated to the mission and fulfillment of the MBC Mission statement and vision of the MBC Youth Group.
And that is to make known the Gospel so that those who don't know Christ would come to know Christ and that those who do know Christ would grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ for the glory of God. And to teach students that life is about Christ (Col. 1:28–29). We desire to see students come to true saving faith in Jesus Christ and grow in love, obedience, delight, proclamation, and service for His Kingdom and Glory.
General Information
"The Camp" will be June 24 - 28, 2024 this year. It is for Jr. High (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12) students and will be hosted on the Lake Retreat Camp campus in Washington. We will meet for solid biblical preaching, Christ-centered music, intense (and highly competitive) team games, outdoor activities, small-group discipleship, and purposeful fellowship. This week will be epic and over-the-top with energy; you will not want to miss it.
The cost of camp for the 2024 year will be $425. The cost includes transportation to and from the camp; a Camp T-Shirt; a Camp Team Cap; a Camp Booklet; a Camp Souvenir for you to take home; Lodging; and of course, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
