Exodus 15:1,3

1. Read Exodus 15:1 - 18

2. What is your favorite song to sing with other believers? How has this particular song been a blessing to you?

3. Pastor Nate spoke about the LORD using his mom to encourage him in the faith through her singing. Who has the LORD used to encourage you in the faith through their singing?

4. What is the difference between a hymn and a victory song in the Scriptures? What would be another example of a hymn in the Scriptures? 

5. What have you witnessed that has caused you to describe it as glorious? What does it mean for something to be glorious?

6. When you picture a warrior, what images or adjectives come to mind? Why, do you think, it is uncommon for believers to praise Yahweh for being a warrior?

7. How has Yahweh shown Himself to be a warrior on your behalf? 

8. Read 1 Corinthians 15:50 – 58 and Hebrews 2:5 - 15. What do you find glorious about these two passages?

9. Who, in your life, can you love well by singing praises about God and to God while in their presence? 

10. Sing a hymn together as a community group.
