- What stood out to you today from the plague of livestock and the plague of boils?
- Read I Peter 2:6 – 10 and Ephesians 1:3 – 14. Brothers and sisters in Christ, not by our works but by the mercy, grace, and love of God, we were chosen by God to be His treasured possession and a light to the nations. Does anything trouble you about that glorious reality? What amazes you about that glorious reality?
- Read Romans 12:9–21. What imperative stands out to you from that passage?
- It was mentioned during the sermon that we are to do good to those who cause us to suffer due to their sin by forgiving them, praying for them, speaking kindly to them, and doing thoughtful things for them. - Pastor Nate mentioned his dad as an individual who continually did good to one who had brought great pain upon him because of their sin. - Spend some time praying for students from the Basque Country and their host families.
