1. Read or Recite I Thessalonians 4:3 - 5 together.

2. Read Exodus 20:13.

3. What stood out to you from today’s sermon?

4. Who and what does the term murder refer to in Exodus 20:13?

5. The 6^th commandment demonstrates that every human life is precious in the sight of God, but why is every human life precious in the sight of God?

6. What are some ways that we can practically demonstrate that human life is precious?

7. Read Matthew 5:21, 22.  Jesus speaks about murder in one’s heart and murder with one’s lips.  When you ponder Jesus words, what comes to your mind?

8. Pastor Nate said that all of us are guilty of murder in our hearts and with our lips. What do you think of that statement?

9. The sermon concluded with the Good News of Jesus Christ. How does the Gospel compel us to live in obedience to the 6^th Commandment?
